Lifesteal Calculation:

VAMP Sources:
- Weapons (Rare+): 3-10%
- Accessories: 2-5% each
- Skills (passive): 5-15%
- Buffs: 5-10%
Caps:
- Soft Cap: 15%
- Hard Cap: 25%
Lifesteal Modifiers:
- vs Players (PvP): 50% effectiveness
- AoE damage: 33% effectiveness per target
- DoT damage: 100% effectiveness
- Critical hits: Full lifesteal (no bonus)
Lifesteal Example
Scenario: Striker with 12% lifesteal
Single Target Attack:
- Damage dealt: 1000
- HP restored: 1000 ร 0.12 = 120 HP
AoE Attack (5 targets):
- Damage per target: 500
- Total damage: 2500
- HP restored: 2500 ร 0.12 ร 0.33 = 99 HP
PvP Attack:
- Damage dealt: 800
- HP restored: 800 ร 0.12 ร 0.5 = 48 HP

HPPerTick = BaseRegen + (STA ร 0.5) + EquipmentRegen + BuffRegen
Tick Rate: 1 tick per 3 seconds
Base Regen by Level:
- Level 1-20: 5 HP/tick
- Level 21-40: 10 HP/tick
- Level 41-55: 15 HP/tick
- Level 56-65: 20 HP/tick
Combat Penalty:
- Out of combat: 100% regen
- In combat: 20% regen (5x slower)
- Recently damaged (5s): 10% regen
